The team at Rushcutters Health specialise in producing amazing results for its clients by implementing the smartest nutritional guidance, individually prescribed training programs, accountability from our experienced coaches and through support from the strong community of clients all working towards similar goals.
360 Degree Assessment
When starting a new program, we take you through a series of body composition tests to ensure that you not only ‘feel better’ when training with us, but so that you also have key objective benchmarks for comparison along the way. We do a thorough movement screen to test for muscle imbalance and your current mobility.
Customised Program
The next part is the most fun! By working with you to gather information on your current fitness goal, your previous exercise experience, any injuries you have, your food preferences and your daily lifestyle, we can then use your assessment results to tailor a specific eating and exercise program that you will not only love, but a program that is also proven to deliver faster and better results than any other fitness facility.
Training & Accountability
Unlike trendy 24 hour gyms that sign you up and leave you to fend for yourself, our studio is always staffed. We believe that daily banter, encouragement, support and accountability make exercise fun and enjoyable. We provide daily group exercise sessions in the beautiful Rushcutters Bay Park ‘next door to us’ as well as unlimited excess to our premium gym equipment and change room facilities.

Each quarter we like to ‘check in’ with you Personally to find out what you liked, what you disliked and what aspects of your eating and exercise program will benefit from a change. Strategic changes prevent a plateau in your results and add variety for fresh inspiration.

We pride ourselves in looking after our members by accurately assessing them, then providing ‘individualised’ weekly programing, training, nutrition and motivation to achieve their results.
We believe all our members are different and that’s why we are so passionate about individualised health and fitness programming.
All personal training programs include the following guidance:
- A weekly training plan and 12 week road map.
- A strength and aerobic training program to follow
- Dietary analysis and nutrition programing
- Weekly accountability and ‘check ins’ to programs and goals
- Access to the gym and outdoor group training schedule
- Access to all educational seminars and workshops
We don’t follow fads; we don’t guide our members a particular way because it’s fashionable at the time. Instead we provide real health coaching by passionate authentic and ‘experienced health professionals.’
